Introduction
CaoJi Book inn, formerly known as Cāo Jì Secondhand Bookstore, was established to continue the life of approximately 50,000 secondhand books, making it Taiwan's first book-themed backpacker’s hostel. The ingenious design allows travelers to sleep in beds nestled within bookshelves. The first-floor reading area and exhibition space are freely accessible, offering complimentary coffee and tea. Donations collected in the honesty box support rural communities, demonstrating social responsibility.
The beds come equipped with individual charging sockets and reading lamps, while the shared bathrooms feature air conditioning and a wet-dry separation, using OLADE shower products. The rooftop lounge is equipped with Apple computers, and every detail is aimed at providing both domestic and international travelers with the best possible accommodation experience, earning high praise from visitors worldwide.
