Introduction The owners, a devout Christian couple, decided to operate a homestay in 2021. Initially, they had agreed to take over a homestay in Jiufen. However, before signing the contract, they visited a scenic café by the Yin-Yang Sea, located at the Thirteen Levels ruins. Despite having lived in Water-Gold-Nine for many years, they were unaware of such a beautifully serene environment. They were truly amazed by the scenery. However, since they had already negotiated with the Jiufen homestay, the couple prayed for guidance. Remarkably, after their prayer, they received a message from the Jiufen homestay operator, stating that due to a desire to continue operating the homestay, their previous agreement was a misunderstanding! The couple was filled with joy and felt this was divine guidance and a promise from God, leading them to name their homestay "Promised Land."
