Dining is a form of healing and a way to connect with the local culture. We are dedicated to promoting the concept of farm-to-table dining. Our chef has honed his culinary skills and obtained a Le Cordon Bleu advanced culinary certificate in 2023. The dining experience is designed to take guests on a journey from Appetizers, Fresh Vegetables, Warm Flavors, to Satisfying Abundance, showcasing a harmonious blend of culture and art.Introduction In 1989, a friend introduced me to Yulan. My love for tea led me to purchase this abandoned tea garden, where I built a cottage as a family vacation retreat. In 2000, encouraged by friends and family, I began the journey of SPRING VILLA. Now, after 24 years of operation, every inch of this land holds our spirit and hard work. We hope this place becomes a healing space, offering travelers relaxation, tranquility, beautiful scenery, delicious food, and tea. In recent years, the second generation has joined the management, infusing the homestay with dining elements and collaborating with local small farmers to provide a bed-and-breakfast service. We look forward to creating wonderful memories for our guests during their stay.
