Introduction On 13 hectares of land, only two buildings were constructed, ensuring ultra-low-density development that preserves the maximum amount of natural space. The white architecture blends seamlessly with the white building cluster of the fishing port below.

Designed to withstand local seasonal winds, the two windbreak walls feature uniquely shaped windows of varying lengths, creating an intriguing and irregular silhouette that has become a landmark of the seaside. The inward setbacks of the design provide each room with expansive ocean-view terraces, complemented with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to indulge in breathtaking views of the azure sea and sky, as well as stargazing under the moonlight.

The glass-walled restaurant offers a breakfast experience akin to an outdoor picnic, providing a culinary feast in close proximity to nature. It also serves as an ideal rain plan for outdoor weddings.
